Primary 1 to 6 for now. Weekly spelling and 听写 lists are a primary-school routine — by secondary, Chinese moves on to vocabulary, comprehension and composition instead of weekly dictation. If your secondary school still gives out weekly 词语听写 sheets, email us and we'll add it.
They're on the way! To be fair to every mother tongue, Malay Ejaan and Tamil spelling support is in the pipeline and being worked on right now. English and Chinese 听写 came first simply because those were the sheets our first parents uploaded — Malay and Tamil are next.
No — upload the sheet once per term. Every week's list is already inside; the right one surfaces automatically each week.
Be the first to upload the sheet — it takes one photo. From then on, every parent in the class can search and use it.
Usually yes — we also use the weekly pattern of the other dates to work out unclear ones. If anything comes out wrong, you can reorder or fix it in two taps.
Once a week's date has passed, its list is marked Completed and folded away. Nothing is deleted — you can still open past weeks for revision.
Open your class's list and tap Add to my week — every test then shows on your home page, week by week, for each child. For a nudge, enter your email on the list and every Sunday at 8pm you'll receive the coming week's words, or tap the calendar button to add every test to your phone calendar with an alert the evening before.
Yes. Send a photo of the sheet (or its PDF) to our WhatsApp, +65 9810 6579. The bot reads it, shows you what it found, and you tap Looks right — no website, no sign-in. It's saved for the whole class, and the bot sends you the words the evening before each test.
Only to upload here — searching, opening lists and the read-aloud are free and need no account. Uploading is tied to an email (or to your WhatsApp number, if you send it there) so every sheet has someone accountable for it, which keeps a site children use clean. You enter your email, we send a 6-digit code, and that's it. No password.
Yes. Sign in, tap Manage under your week, and each upload has a ✕ next to it. Removing it takes it off the site immediately. Do that straight away if you spot your child's name in the photo — and email us if you'd like it erased from our records entirely.
Most sheets go live the moment you confirm them. A few wait for a quick check first — for example when the school name isn't recognised, a date looks wrong, or the same list is already on the site. Those show as Checking under your sheets, usually for less than a day. See something wrong on any list? Tap Something wrong with this list? at the bottom of it.
Free for all parents, with no ads anywhere on the site. Tip: cover or crop your child's name before you snap the sheet — we only need the words and the dates. Sheets you upload are shared with other parents searching for that school, which is why the lists are there for you too.
